I do not have a business website. How can I use Bookingware?

You do not need a website to use Bookingware. Your Bookingware account comes with a free and customized website and business URL. You also get a universal booking button that can be placed on your personal blog or facebook page.

Can I review online appointments before confirming a booking?

Appointments are booked automatically and synchronized with your calendar. However, you can always review online booking requests manually to accept or reject them.

I still get appointment requests by phone, can I add them in Bookingware?

Yes, Bookingware gives you flexibility to take 'offline' bookings and add them in your Bookingware calendar manually. Your calendar is automatically synchronized when you add new bookings.

What if my clients want to reschedule or cancel their own appointments?

As owner of you Bookingware appointment calendar, you may choose to allow customer to modify their booking online. They can easily reschedule or cancel booked appointments. Your calendar is synchronized automatically to adjust to the changes in your schedule.

Does Bookingware send notifications and reminders to customers?

To eliminate manual booking processes and follow up phone call, Bookingware sends appropriate notifications and alerts to customer. They receive confirmation message on booking an appointment. A reminder is sent before their scheduled appointment time. Notifications are also sent when a scheduled is changed or an appointment is canceled.

How do I know when a customer books an appointment online?

Bookingware sends instant notifications as soon as a new appointment is booked. You or your staff can receive booking notification as well as appointment alerts whenever an appointment is canceled, modified or rescheduled.

Can I customize my booking calendar?

Yes! There are a number of ways you can customize appointment slots to accommodate your business needs. For instance, you can change length of appointment time slots, or add 'wrap up' or 'preparation' time in standard time slot.

What are the system and browser requirements?

Bookingware requires an Internet connection and any modern web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and IE8) on a PC, Mac and Linux system. You do not need to install any software on our computer.

Is my data safe and secure? Can I export it?

Yes. Bookingware offers secure online data storage and processing. Data is backup bed regularly and can be exported any time.
